Hybrid Device Support
Service Providers, Channels and Customers can remotely manage AudioCodes SIP and PSTN devices using Live Platform. The Hybrid model encapsulates the simultaneous management of devices by both AudioCodes Professional Services and its managed tiers. Hybrid entities are On-premises legacy devices connecting calls made by M365 tenant users to public internet via SIP trunks or IP-PBX or for local PSTN breakout. For example, SME SBC devices, Media Packs and SBA devices. The following actions can be performed on the device:
